In ase you getting similar error with Arduino 1.7.10 and Makeblock MeOrion (Arduino Uno) board then copy missing files (see error) to location
c:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\arduino\avr\cores\arduino\
Compile again and you should not get the error anymore.
